Contributions made through this website are voluntary. Donations are not purchases of goods or ordinary commercial services. Successful voluntary donations are generally non-refundable, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law or payment-processing rules.
Online donations are processed through the payment gateway configured by Gareeb Aadmi Party. Gareeb Aadmi Party does not collect or store card numbers, CVV, PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords or other payment authentication credentials on its website. Payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment gateway and payment institutions.
Online donations currently accept amounts from INR 10 minimum to INR 21,000 maximum per online transaction. The INR 21,000 limit applies to the online payment method only. Donations above INR 21,000 should be made using the official bank-transfer (NEFT/RTGS) method provided on the donation page.
You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to transmit harmful code, to harass others, or to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
Payment processing may involve third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks and other financial institutions. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to payment transactions. Gareeb Aadmi Party is not responsible for the independent systems or policies of those providers.
